About Event

This workshop provides hands-on training in two key molecular biology techniques: Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blotting. Participants will learn to perform RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, primer design, qPCR setup, and data analysis, aiding in the development of diagnostic kits for infectious diseases. Additionally, the workshop covers protein lysate preparation, total protein quantification, SDS-PAGE, protein transfer, and Western blotting techniques, equipping participants to design antibody-based diagnostic kits and validate the target protein.
